The Role
Manage, motivate, and develop your team in accordance with the company's standards and guidelines
Take ownership of your department's budgets and targets, and analyse efficiency to achieve the company's objective
Drive sales and achieving KPI's for your department
Plan and manage the rosters for your team
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions for your department
Utilise your industry knowledge about the latest fashion trends to conduct market research in order to deliver feedback to Head Office in Spain
Manage and support the processing of deliveries and preparation of stock to ensure shop floor is replenishment at all times
Conduct store briefings and preparing store updates to ensure awareness of the day-to-day priorities and operations of the store
Support and provide a safe and healthy work environment free from discrimination, harassment, bullying, violence, and any form of inappropriate behavior for all participants within the workplace
About You

Confident and clear communication skills
Experience with supervising a team
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays & weekends
