Our team is growing, and we are now looking for a proactive and organised Talent Coordinator to join us in a newly created casual role. Initially working circa 10 hours per week this position is provides exceptional candidate experiences and supports the delivery of seamless end-to-end recruitment process. We promote flexible working and work in a hybrid capacity 50% from home with the remainder based in our Fremantle office.
The Position:
Provide high quality communication and service to our pipeline of candidates, providing updates on applications and offer progress.
Administer recruitment requests, maintain accurate spreadsheets, candidate files, interview guides, and HRM systems.
Complete due diligence processes including references, qualification checking and confidential employee documentation.
Provide personal assistance to the Talent Acquisition Lead, including meeting, inbox, and diary management.
Undertake general HR administration, including employment offers, contracts, letters and position descriptions.
Support HR projects such as salary benchmarking research.
Work collaboratively with the wider People and Culture team to support new employee onboarding processes.
Requirements:
3 + years' experience in administration or recruitment coordination role.
Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
Ability toprioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Confident communicator and relationship builder with candidates and stakeholders.
Self-motivated and able to manage time both at home and office.
Intermediate computer literacy and an ability to confidently adapt to a variety of different HRM and Microsoft platforms.
Passion for creating high quality recruitment experiences.
