At Leible Coffee, being a barista means more than making great espresso. Youll play an active role in the flow of service—supporting your teammates, leading by example, and helping deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for every guest.

What Youll Be Doing- Dialing in and serving consistent, high-quality espresso and filter coffee- Coordinating and managing the flow of drink orders with precision- Keeping a close eye on order times to maintain smooth, efficient service- Maintaining a clean, well-organized station and a tidy, welcoming store- Engaging with customers warmly and handling any concerns with care- Following recipe standards and daily operating procedures- Keeping coffee equipment clean and running smoothly throughout service- Communicating clearly and positively with your team

What Were Looking For- At least 3 years of barista experience in a high-volume café- Confident customer service and strong communication skills- A sharp eye for detail and consistency- Reliable, well-organized, and cool under pressure- Ready to handle the hustle of a busy café with a positive attitude
