About the role Temporary part time opportunity to provide high level operational and strategic direction and professional leadership for Dietetics and Food Services across all service groups, settings and facilities within Community and Oral Health, Metro North. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Healths values: Responsible for strategic professional governance and leadership for Dietetic and Nutrition Assistant workforce within COH. Accountable for the professional governance of a geographically diverse workforce (15.2 FTE with a headcount of 22 dietitians) delivering services across 9 Metro North sites. Actively contribute to relevant professional and multi-professional collaboratives such as Nutrition and Dietetics Community of Practice, State-wide clinical networks and Community and Oral Health Allied Health Leadership Team, and clinical service committees. Lead and operationally manage Food Services at COH across multiple clinical streams and locations within COH. Provide leadership and direction for workforce planning and capability strategies for nutrition and dietetic assistants and support staff to achieve alignment, enhancement, and efficiency in the delivery of quality patient care and/or service.
