• Own & evolve our P&C reporting function
• Part time (45.6 hours per fortnight), Maximum-term 6-12 month position
• WFH + 1 day per week in our Melbourne CBD office

As a Reporting Analyst, youll play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and supporting our mission to create a more just and equitable society. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing robust reporting solutions to provide valuable insights into our workforce data.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver tailored analytics
• Ensuring data integrity and accuracy through rigorous quality assurance processes.
• Identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement within the People & Culture function.

The outputs will include Board reports, monthly dashboards, compliance, recruitment activity and external workforce reports (ABS, WGEA, Mercer, etc.)

To excel in this role, youll need a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for leveraging data to drive meaningful change. A background in human resources, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting tools, Applicant Tracking / Recruitment systems / Payroll systems, is highly desirable.
