Qualifications Required 5+ years as a practicing LSA for multiple accounts. 10+ years of total pega Experience Certified LSA Strong stakeholder Management Devops &Agile Experience Good Knowledge on all rule types- UI, Flows, Flow Actions, Harness, Integration, Agents & Activities. Working Knowledge on Prior Robotics, API Standards, Enterprise Security Protocols, Performance Monitoring &improvement Decisioning experience Pega Customer Service and Pega Customer Decisioning Hub Specific Responsibilities: Experience in Development in Banking and Financial Good Knowledge on all rule types - Sound experience on using debugging tools like Tracer, Clipboard, SMA and Live UI. Proficient in Pega Implementation cycle that includes PRC deployment, development, testing, bug fixing &troubleshooting Having good understanding on the rules management and associated tools such as export &import tools skimming and bulk processing tools. Good knowledge of SQL using Oracle Having Strong base in web designing & development using HTML & JS, Strong communication and presentation. Implementing and following agile/scrum processes within self-organizing team. Manage the overall key design areas of a Pega implementation Use expert consulting skills to manage project scope and client expectations Actively collaborate with other teams to solve cross functional challenges. Actively participate Business value assessment and business requirements elaboration phases. Actively participate in the requirements, design and construction phases; to lead to success.
