What Youll Do Join the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria (RBGV) as a Project Coordinator and play a key role in enhancing the accessibility and storage of our renowned collection at the National Herbarium of Victoria.

In this role, youll coordinate the planning and implementation of a major project to decompact, consolidate, and relocate collection materials. Leading a team of Project Officers, youll manage scheduling, workflows, and logistics while ensuring high-quality standards are maintained. Youll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, monitoring budgets, and preparing progress reports for key stakeholders. This position involves working closely with internal teams, contractors, and volunteers, assisting with recruitment and training, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and standards. What Youll Bring Were seeking a proactive Project Coordinator with a background in science, museum studies, or a related field, and experience in project management and team leadership.
