THE OPPORTUNITY
Salary: $38.08 - $41.12 p/h + 11.5% super Location: Chadstone campus. WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee Working with Children Check. Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check. Position Status: Casual appointment.
Holmesglen English Language Centre is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Administrative Officer to be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will provide professional reception services, efficient administrative support, and assist with reporting and departmental operations. You will also develop and implement administrative systems to enhance efficiency. Additionally, you will provide course information, support enrolments, and ensure compliance with institute procedures. If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent service, wed love to hear from you!

ABOUT YOU
- Strong knowledge of office management, finance, administrative procedures, and student administration software.
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally, with a strong understanding of privacy principles.
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration (Diploma or similar) and relevant experience, ideally in the education sector.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office, database management, and internet-based applications; multilingual skills are an advantage.
