Join us as a Finance Business Partner in a full time permanent position and play a pivotal role in driving our financial performance. Youll be a trusted advisor to our executive team, providing critical analysis that translates into real-world results.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Translate insights into action: Present your findings with clarity and confidence, influencing stakeholders at all levels to drive improved operational performance.
• Partner with the C-Suite: Work alongside CEOs, GMs, and CFOs, providing them with a deep understanding of key financial levers and capital positions.
• Champion continuous improvement: Lead the way in upskilling our finance team and implementing cost-saving initiatives (CODB) that streamline our operations.

Heres what youll bring to the table:

• A sharp mind with a bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the retail or consumer goods industry.
• A proven track record of leading teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• The magic touch when it comes to data - you can analyse, identify trends, and develop insights with ease.
• A deep understanding of supply chain and inventory management.
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• The flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• The gift of making complex financial information clear and concise for everyone to understand.
• Mastery of financial modelling and forecasting tools (Excel, Power BI).
• A bonus? Experience with ERP systems and accounting software (SAP/BI preferred).
