We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will be working solely on Data within Betsson Group Malta. Come join our growing Product Team!!

The Data Product Manager position will oversee the development and management of data-driven products. This role is critical for ensuring the delivery of regulatory reporting solutions that align with industry standards and compliance requirements. The role will lead a team of two product owners. This role is designed for an individual with strong skills in data product management and a focus on regulatory compliance. It requires leadership of a small team and collaboration across departments to meet the companys data and regulatory objectives in a fast-paced environment

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products, with a strong emphasis on regulatory reporting tools and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., compliance, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders) to identify requirements and deliver solutions that meet regulatory and business needs.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, from ideation and design to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Manage and mentor a team of two direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Ensure data products comply with iGaming regulatory frameworks, including the creation and maintenance of reporting systems for audits, licensing, and compliance obligations.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable data product features and specifications.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate to enhance functionality and usability.
• Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Leverage data analytics to identify trends, optimize processes, and support strategic decision-making.
• Communicate and use stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.

• Bachelors degree in business, Technology, Science or a related field; equivalent delivery-focused experience is equally valued.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data-driven products or solutions.
• Strong understanding of data management principles, including data governance, quality, and analytics.
• Proven experience in regulatory reporting, compliance, or working within a highly regulated industry (e.g., iGaming, finance, or healthcare).
• Familiarity with iGaming regulations and reporting requirements is highly desirable.
• Prior experience managing small teams (1-2 direct reports) with a hands-on leadership style.
