Are you ready to lead the charge in operational efficiency? At Betsson, were looking for a dynamic individual to join us as the Head of Product Development Operations. This is a unique opportunity to drive operational effectiveness, streamline processes, and make a real impact across our Product and Engineering departments.

As the Head of Product Development Operations, youll lead a growing department of several streams, working closely with senior leadership to optimise workflows and drive consistent, high-performance results. You will oversee product development processes, ensure scalability, agility, and deliver on key transformation projects.

• Lead and optimise product development processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with teams to remove bottlenecks and accelerate delivery.
• Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement for engineering and product teams.
• Manage and optimise tools for product and engineering operations.
• Produce regular reports on operational performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Work with leadership on resource planning and budget management across global teams.

• 7+ years experience in product development or agile delivery.
• 3+ years in a leadership role with a proven ability to build high-performing teams.
• Strong experience in process optimisation within product and engineering teams.
• Proven track record in driving organisational and operational transformation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Highly analytical and data-driven with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
