Located in Perth's southern suburbs, they are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their office-based team. This position is centred on delivering exceptional tenant services while contributing to continuous improvement and innovation within the business.

Role & DutiesMinimal out of office work, giving you more time to do what you do best... manage client relationships!

• Responding to general tenant queries in a timely and professional manner
• Conducting tenancy inductions and onboarding new tenants
• Managing changes to shared tenancies and break lease processes
• Processing and following up on invoice payments
• Explaining rent arrears notices and payment prompts to tenants
• Coordinating and following through on minor modification requests
• Supporting tenants throughout their leasing journey with clear communication and guidance
• Ensure legislative requirements are met and portfolio remains compliant

About You

You're an experienced Property Manager with a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent service. Organised and collaborative, you communicate effectively and have sound understanding of the current Residential Tenancies Act (WA) and related legislation.

• A current Property Management Registration (WA)
• Sound understanding of the current Residential Tenancies Act (WA) and related legislation
• Valid WA driver's licence
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Initiative, drive & passion for the industry
