Strata Manager

The position of Strata Manager has become available at our boutique agency in Joondalup. We are looking for an experienced Strata Manager but are happy to consider someone who has experience as a Strata Assistant or Property Manager and is looking to take the next step in their career. We can provide on‑the‑job training for the right candidate and support you in completing the necessary training to become a qualified Strata Manager.

The role
  • Day‑to‑day management of a portfolio of owner's corporations (approximately 40 complexes)
  • Perform administrative duties required under the Act, including preparation and distribution of notices for Annual General Meetings, Council Meetings, and Extraordinary General Meetings
  • Ensure full statutory compliance of each strata complex
  • Maintain close liaison with the strata council and lot owners, including chairing AGMs
  • Prepare all related reports, correspondence, and documentation
  • Manage work orders
  • Approve invoices
The candidate
  • Robust working knowledge of strata management, building maintenance services, and the amended Strata Titles Act 1985, or willingness to obtain this knowledge
  • Commitment to working toward the necessary accreditation
  • Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with internal and external clients in a professional manner
  • Highly organised with robust attention to detail
  • Experience with Strata Master is an advantage
