West Wallsend Hot Bread is continuing to grow, with an expanding production line and an increasing range of baked goods. We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Baker to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis.

As part of our bakery team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality products while maintaining consistency, efficiency, and strong operational standards.
Your Role
Produce a variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, rolls, pies, cakes, and more
Follow recipes, production plans, and established quality standards
Prepare doughs, operate bakery equipment, and monitor baking processes
Ensure all products are finished and presented to a high standard
Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic workspace in line with food safety requirements
Assist with stock management, ingredient ordering, and general bakery duties
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For
Formal baking qualification or minimum 1 year of commercial bakery experience
Solid practical skills across bread and pastry production
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
