Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (BRAMS) is a well-established Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation that has been supporting the Broome community for over 40 years. Headquartered in Broome, Western Australia, BRAMS provides holistic, culturally safe primary healthcare, aged care, and community programs to Aboriginal people throughout the Kimberley region.

Lead a Team. Strengthen Services. Support Better Outcomes.BRAMS is seeking a full-time Allied Health Manager to join its Community Services leadership team based in Broome, WA.
Reporting to the Allied Health and Disability Services Executive Manager, this role is focused on supporting a multidisciplinary allied health team, strengthening service quality, and ensuring consumers receive safe, responsive, and culturally appropriate care across a range of community programs.
Working closely with nursing, care management, disability services, and primary health care teams, you will play an important role in helping services respond to the changing needs of the community.

Bring Your Clinical Leadership, Judgement, and CuriosityTo qualify, you will need current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist, 'OR' registration/membership with Speech Pathology Australia. Demonstrated leadership experience within allied health, aged care, disability, community health, or a related clinical environment will also be essential.
