About UsThe Intellectual Disability Foundation of St George (IDF) is a modern disability social enterprise. We run real businesses — from food and retail to esports and digital — so people with intellectual disabilities can learn skills, gain confidence, and create employment pathways.
About the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on, creative person who loves socials and content. You'll keep our social channels active, ensure our ecommerce sites look great, and guide participants as they learn these skills.
This isn't about big ad budgets — it's about content, storytelling, and making our brands shine online.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and post content (posts, stories, reels, blogs, Google updates)
Keep ecommerce sites presentable (photos, product descriptions, updates)
Work with participants to teach them how to create and post content
Capture behind-the-scenes moments across our programs
Support events with content coverage and promotion
1-3 years' experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
Skills in Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
Clear communicator who's patient and enjoys teaching others
Creative, reliable, and collaborative
Bonus skills (not essential):
Experience working with people with disabilities
Photography or video editing
Ecommerce platform knowledge (WIX)
