Role

The relevant role is a 4-month contract Site Manager need, with the possibility of a permanent role on offer, and involves delivering a live $40M High-End Apartment site in Toorak.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing subcontractors and trades
• Creating a 4-week look ahead program
• Quality assurance and OH&S
• Resolving disputes that may arise on-site

• Site Manager experience delivering a luxury High-End Residential/Apartment project for a headcontractor
• Proven Site Manager track record handing over project to completion
• Proficient with Procore and 1breadcrumb
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediate availability or on short notice
