About the Role:
As our Short Order Cook, you'll be responsible for whipping up delicious meals efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards. You'll work in a fast-paced, community-focused café, ensuring a smooth kitchen operation and great customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and lunch menu items.
Work efficiently in a busy kitchen, ensuring fast service times.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
Assist with food prep, stock control and keeping the kitchen clean.
Collaborate with the café team to create a welcoming dining experience.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in short order or café cooking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A strong understanding of food safety regulations.
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
Availability for flexible shifts, including mornings and weekends.
