• Strong communication skills - able to build trust with clients, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Problem-solving and resilience - confident managing challenges, crises, or behaviours of concern with calm professionalism.
• Knowledge of the NDIS and a commitment to person-centred, rights-based practice.
• Organisational skills - ability to juggle multiple priorities, use data effectively, and make informed decisions.
