About the role
Join the team at Switch Electrics as a full-time Service Technician based in Adelaide, SA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective electrical maintenance and repair services to our commercial clients across the state.
What you'll be doing
Diagnose, repair & perform scheduled maintenance on a variety of electrical equipment
Install, test and commission new electrical installations/equipment
Provide exceptional customer service and manage client expectations
Maintain detailed records of all work completed
Manage van stock and appearance of company vehicle
Ensure work is carried out safely and in compliance with relevant regulations
What we're looking for
Current Electrical Worker's Licence, National Restricted Electrical Licence, or 3rd-4th year apprentice OR
Gas fitter/plumber's licence (or willingness to obtain) OR
Refrigeration mechanic's licence (or willingness to obtain)
Valid Police Check, Working with Children Check and Aged Care Sector Employment Screening, or the ability to gain
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management and organisational skills
Willingness to work outside of standard business hours as required
