About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Service Delivery Manager to manage and ensure the effective delivery of our services. This role is essential in planning, quoting, scheduling, and overseeing the execution of services including commercial and industrial cleaning, hygiene and laundry, pest control, specialised cleaning, and more.
What You'll Be Doing:
Quoting, scoping, and scheduling of services and associated functions.
Coordinate internal and external teams for seamless service delivery.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
Liaise with clients, supervisors, and stakeholders to ensure service quality.
Manage financial aspects including invoicing, P&L reviews, and cost control.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and team development.
Ensure compliance with safety, privacy, and administrative standards.
What You'll Bring:
Formal qualifications in facilities management, project management, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role with proven results.
Strong commercial acumen and industry knowledge.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with scheduling software (e.g., Aroflo, Maximo).
Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
