About the role
JAX Tyres & Auto are seeking a talented and driven Salesperson to join our team in Maitland. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our wide range of automotive products and services, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the overall success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable products and services
Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our tyres, automotive parts, and related services
Actively pursuing sales opportunities and closing deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Providing a high level of customer service to build lasting relationships and generate repeat business
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales strategies
What we're looking for
2+ years' experience in Sales or Customer Service (open to training the right candidate with no experience)
Genuine passion for sales and delivering outstanding customer service
Tyre or automotive industry experience (preferred, not essential)
Current, valid Driver's Licence
Strong communication skills with a focus on face-to-face customer service
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Strong focus on safety and compliance with WHS regulations
Open to work on Saturdays
