Senior FarmhandLocation: NE MoreeFull-Time
We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Senior Farm Hand to join our team. This role requires a strong agricultural background with a thorough understanding of crop planning assisting with general farm maintenance and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist coordinate general farm operations, including planting, harvesting, and related activities.
At times lead a small team and lead by example.
Take responsibility for assigned farming tasks, managing them from start to finish and ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard.
Operate, service, and maintain a variety of farm machinery and equipment.
Provide guidance and support to other farm workers when required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in dry land or irrigation farming.
Strong ability to work independently and take initiative.
Experience with machinery operation, maintenance, and repairs.
Practical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Supervisory experience.
A truck license or willingness to acquire one
