Benson Archery is Australia's leading archery retail and wholesale store, selling archery and outdoor activity equipment Australia-wide, located five minutes from Granville Station. Recent growth and expansion has created an opportunity to join our close knit team of passionate archers.
You will be required to work with a team, as well as independently to manage day to day sales, inventory, stock replenishment, shop cleanliness and general retail position duties.
Position Requirements:
Good computer skills
Show initiative and independently find tasks to do(stock replenishment, store cleaning etc)
Customer service skills, sales enquiries both in-store, email and via telephone
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work with specialist tools and equipment both safely and efficiently(you will be trained)
Ability to work 4 days a week with potential to work on Saturday. We're open every day, except for Public Holidays and Sundays.
Present well in manners and appearance, and
Able to work unsupervised and within the team
Willingness to Learn:
Learn how to use the company's systems and protocols
Learn about Archery - all styles and disciplines
Learn how to conduct floor sales
Personal Attributes:
Friendly, courteous and patient
Can-do attitude
Honest and hard-working
Eager to learn
Responsible and dependable
Confident and self-motivated
Great sense of humour
Interest in archery is highly advantageous and desired, however it is not required for the right candidate who is willing to learn.
Pay grade will be commensurate to your experience and qualifications.
Training will be provided to the right candidate.
