PMO Analyst (M12)

FinXL is seeking a skilled PMO Analyst to support a major program at one of our key clients. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and financial governance of the program by providing essential support across project administration, finance, and delivery activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems and accounting principles, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project and Financial Administration:

  • Set up and maintain project structures and PMO codes in Sapphire/SAP.

  • Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and process invoices for payment.

  • Raise financial journals and use Sapphire/SAP to validate that costs have been accurately allocated.

• Reporting and Analysis:

  • Interrogate Sapphire/SAP to monitor and report on project costs and financial performance.

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to create detailed reports, financial models, and presentations for key stakeholders.
