What Youll Be Doing:

  • Manage all aspects of WorkCover and disciplinary files.
  • Draft submissions, witness statements and trial briefs.
  • Represent clients at committal hearings and tribunals.
  • Collaborate with barristers and liaise with regulators on case strategy.
What Youll Bring:
  • 3-5 years PQE in personal injury with experience gained working on WorkCover matters.
  • Proven drafting and advocacy experience in compensation law.
  • Excellent legal research and analytical capabilities.
  • Client-first approach with strong communication and teamwork skills.
