Northern Star Mining Services are seeking Charge Up Operators to join our Northern Goldfields Operations which encompasses our Ramone, Griffin and Wonder sites. This is your chance to be part of a company that values your skills with great perks!

Position Details:

• Job Title: Charge Up Operator
• Location: Ramone, Griffin & Wonder

• Accommodation: convenient, well-maintained FIFO accommodation with everything you need to feel comfortable and at home while on site

• Employment Type: Permanent Full Time, 7/7 or 14/14 (site dependant) roster 12hr shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Development and production charging
• Safe and efficient handling, transport and storage of explosives and blasting agents
• Ensure compliance and implementation of site blasting and evacuation procedures
• Conducts preparation for blast holes in accordance with site procedures to minimise misfires and improve utilisation of explosives

Qualifications:

• West Australian shot firing license
• Dangerous goods security card
• Working at heights certificate
• Unencumbered "C" class manual driver's license
• St Johns senior first aid certificate (Desirable)
