Position OverviewThis role provides support, coordination and administration to the office team and field technicians. This role is the first point of contact via phones or emails for any existing or potential clients.
ResponsibilitiesThis position will work with the office team in responding to enquiring, creating quotes, making bookings, accounting and various task as required by management.
Experience
Proficient in MS Suite.
Require strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships.
Well-developed problem-solving skills with the ability to establish creative solutions.
Strong general office skills
