About the Role
We are looking for a confident multitasker to join our team up to 4 days per week on a casual basis that offers the potential for a longer-term opportunity.
You will utilise your excellent customer service and organisational skills along with your invoicing and accounts administration experience in this varied role based in our Thornleigh office.
The successful applicant will thrive on being busy and possess a calm, helpful and professional disposition.
Key tasks include:
· Responding to incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
· Processing invoices and accounts administration using Xero
· Processing and fulfilling online book orders
· Working with CRM systems to track and manage data including data entry
· Various administrative duties relating to the day-to-day operations of the organisation
· Supporting the Executive Director as required
To be successful in this position you will have:
· Previous office administration experience
· Accounts receivable experience
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
· Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage priorities both autonomously and in a team environment
· Sound experience using a CRM system
· Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word and Outlook)
· Experience with Xero accounting software or similar
· Own vehicle preferred
