About the role
Reporting to the Head of Independents - Retail & On-Premise ANZ, you'll be at the forefront of executing the Penfolds sales strategy, ensuring our brand is represented with excellence in every channel. Your leadership will directly impact team performance, customer engagement, and the long-term success of our luxury portfolio.
This is more than a sales leadership role—it's a chance to build a high-performing, customer-centric culture that reflects the prestige of Penfolds and delivers results above target. You'll lead a national team of Key Account Executives and Managers across Retail and On-Premise channels, driving capability, executional excellence, and strategic growth.
Note: Regular national travel is required in this position
What You'll Do
