Monitoring, Evaluation and learning Specialist
Part time Perm role - 15 hours per week over 2 days with some flexibility and wfh options.
This role is not available as fully remote.
Based in Shoalhaven NSW - Near to the Bay and Basin area

About Uniting's Community-Led Place-Based Initiatives
Uniting is committed to funding the backbone operatives of three community-led place-based initiatives in the Shoalhaven and the Mid North Coast. These initiatives focus on strengthening community and broader supports around children and young people, ensuring they can thrive. This includes a strong commitment to listening to and responding to the issues important to young people, as well as providing them with opportunities to lead. Role Purpose
This role is central to ensuring that our backbone teams remain focused on what is most needed to strengthen community supports around young people. You will collaborate with three main stakeholder groups vital to this work:
The community around young people, including the young people themselves.
The Backbone teams working to strengthen their communities.
The Uniting leadership team responsible for resourcing and supporting the backbone teams.
You will work alongside the Community Impact Strategy Lead and your co-evaluation specialist (also part-time), prioritising and implementing areas for monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) to continually improve the work and positive impacts for young people. This includes working within our Theory of Change and project-level MEL frameworks while assessing where these tools need improvement. Some travel to sites and occasional trips to Sydney required.

You will be part of the social impact, innovation, and advocacy directorate of Uniting, working with a specialist team focused on community led place-based work that has been initiated and funded by Uniting.
