Our workload continues to grow and we are looking for multiple team members. We are based on the northern end of the Gold Coast and we're specialists in weed control, landscape maintenance, natural areas management and restoration.    

Our Landscape Maintenance team works on large commercial sites across a number of local government areas. We start and finish our days at our base in Stapylton, and travel to site in our company vehicles. We are looking for Team Members who are fit and motivated, with a positive attitude to join our team. 

What duties can you expect to carry out?

• Garden maintenance and weed control in council parks and gardens;
• Centre medians and roadside garden maintenance;
• Commercial scale mulching and plantings;
• Some landscape construction work.

What will you need?

• Solid experience in landscape maintenance in a commercial environment;
• Experience in weed control by herbicide and manual methods;
• White Card;
• Valid driver's license;
• Own reliable vehicle to get to base.

It would be great if you have the following, but not essential:

• Cert III in Horticulture/Parks & Gardens or equivalent or studying;
• ACDC licence;
• Level 2 Traffic Management;
• MR/HR licence;
• Chainsaw ticket.

Job security for our team members is important to us, so these are full time permanent roles with all leave entitlements and RDO hours. Uniforms and PPE will be provided. Outstanding employees may be considered for industry training and qualifications after a probationary period, and for committed people there is excellent prospect of promotion as our policy is to promote internally. Onsite gym and personal trainer.
