The opportunity

We have multiple employment opportunities available in our Planting, Landscaping and Maintenance teams. With an exciting pipeline of large-scale soft landscaping projects for our industry-leading partners, this is your opportunity to join our team and help us transform landscapes across Victoria.

As a Field Team Member - Landscaping, you will:

• be responsible for maintaining our landscaping projects, with duties including mowing, edging, trimming, mulching, infill planting, pruning, watering, and weed control to achieve a high visual standard and quality, to meet and exceed client expectations.

• also play a critical role in the establishment of new and enhanced parks, reserves, wetlands and waterways. You'll work with a team of planters and landscapers primarily responsible for completing site preparation activities, and installing a range of native plants and advanced trees according to a landscape plan.

You enjoy hard work, and when it's knock-off time, knowing that you've spent the day doing something that matters. Sharing challenges and accomplishments with your teammates is what makes you go. • A good level of fitness and stamina to tackle physical outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Construction Industry White Card
• A driver's license and a reliable vehicle
• Previous planting, landscaping or horticulture experience is preferred but not essential (training will be provided)
• Availability 5 days per week is preferred (Monday to Friday)
• We do work around Melbourne and Victoria, so the ability to travel for work would be preferable (however, not a pre-requisite).
