About Us
Aqua Remedial Works (ARW) is seeking a full-time Junior Administrator / Document Controller. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a variety of commercial, civil, and high-rise projects alongside a supportive team.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative career in the construction industry. You'll be supporting our operations team by ensuring all documentation, supplier orders, and compliance paperwork are accurately maintained and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, issue, and maintain Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and project documentation.
Track and record supplier purchase orders, deliveries, and material receipts.
Follow up with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely completion and document submission.
Maintain document control registers and ensure all files are properly formatted, labelled, and stored.
Support site teams with document requests, updates, and version control.
Assist with compliance documentation such as SWMS, MSDS, and QA forms.
General administrative support, including data entry, email correspondence, and project filing.
About You
We're looking for someone with great attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being organised and part of a close-knit team.
Ideal Skills & Attributes:
Previous experience in admin or document control (construction experience preferred but not essential).
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Confidence in communicating with suppliers, subcontractors, and project managers.
A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
