HR Generalist - Global Manufacturing Leader Full-time | North Lakes based with interstate travel | Competitive Salary + Benefits

We're partnering with a global manufacturing business at an exciting stage of growth. With operations across Queensland and regional Victoria, they're seeking a hands-on HR Manager to take ownership of people, safety, and payroll support functions, and make a tangible impact on a tight knit, operationally focused workforce.

This role will suit someone who thrives in a varied, end-to-end HR position, is comfortable engaging with blue-collar teams, and enjoys getting out from behind the desk to connect with people on the ground. Expect regular travel from Brisbane to their Victorian processing facility to ensure consistency in culture, compliance, and care.

The Role Your remit will be broad, with three key pillars:People & Culture - Develop and implement HR policies, lead recruitment and onboarding, support employee engagement, and provide advice to managers and staff on all HR matters.Health & Safety - Champion workplace safety, conduct audits and risk assessments, deliver training, and oversee incident management.Payroll Support - Assist with payroll processes, maintain accurate records, and liaise with finance to resolve queries.

About You We're looking for a self-motivated, solutions-focused HR professional with:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • 3+ years' generalist HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing, industrial, or operational setting
  • Working knowledge of Australian employment law and WHS regulations
  • Experience supporting payroll functions (payroll processing sits with finance)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Flexibility to travel interstate on a frequent basis
