Motor Claims Consultant - North Lakes

What We're Offering
Important: This role starts on 27th November 2025
We offer two work schedule options:
Full-Time: This role requires 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift basis, with operating hours between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Saturday shifts are scheduled every 2 to 3 weeks.
Part-Time: This permanent role involves 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Saturday shifts are also required every 2 to 3 weeks.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Managing the Claims Process: Collaborate with outside experts to handle claims efficiently.
Reviewing Reports: Analyse documents and make informed decisions regarding claims.
Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Build rapport and offer outstanding service to customers.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of your work.
Time Management: Work well under pressure and manage your time effectively.
