Lead the marketing function for a high-growth SaaS company during a pivotal phase of growth.

What you'll be doing:

• Drive full funnel marketing initiatives - everything from brand awareness to highly targeted demand generation and conversion.
• Oversee final implementation and cross-team adoption of a new CRM system.
• Deliver measurable marketing results.
• Keep abreast of competitor activities and remain ahead of the pack.

• Support regional expansion with tailored go-to-market planning and execution.
• Work closely with agency partners and internal stakeholders to maintain a strong brand presence.
• Own the full marketing mix—from strategy through to execution and optimisation.
• Communicate a value proposition through each step of the customer journey.

• Proven experience delivering complex marketing programs in a B2B tech or SaaS environment.
• Ability to balance long-term vision with BAU execution.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders, agencies and commercial teams.
• A solid grasp of the full marketing funnel—particularly in customer activation, engagement, and retention.
• Outstanding written communication skills and the ability to create compelling, audience-first content.
• A curious, data driven mindset.
• A thirst for making an immediate impact.
• Prior marketing expertise in Insuretech is highly desirable.
