What You'll Do:

• Provide leadership and management of the groups equipment assets and the maintenance of our drill & blast, exploration and waterwell fleet
• Provide leadership and management of the groups Perth workshop facility
• Provide leadership and management of the supply and logistics function
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs 
• Drive a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement
• Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and audit readiness
• Manage maintenance budgets, procurement, and contractor relationships 
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of maintenance professionals 
• Assist with internal and external audits 
• Oversee major repair and component rebuild planning and execution management 

What You Bring:

• Proven leadership with the ability to influence, motivate and, develop teams
• Advanced understanding of drilling processes and equipment 
• Relevant trade qualifications (mobile maintenance / heavy diesel / drill fitter trade preferred)
• Frontline management or leadership qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience within mining and construction industry 
• Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle costing, ISO55001 compliance, and program of work development
