The Meat & Wine Co is seeking experienced Grillers to be a part of our vibrant Back of House (BOH) team based in Meat & Wine Co Perth CBD Reporting to the Head Chef, the successful applicants must have similar experience as Griller preferable at a premium casual dining restaurant, holding a valid RSA and must be passionate for hospitality industry to ensure customer satisfaction as utmost priority.
This position is available for part time or casual.

What we are looking for:
Minimum 2 + years of proven kitchen experience in a fast paced, high volume environment.
A minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery Qualification or other relevant Diploma.
A genuine passion for food, people and the overall hospitality experience.
Previous experience in cooking over a char grill would be advantageous.
Advanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service.
Ensure compliance with all WH&S legislation (act and regulation).
Great interpersonal skills and work ethics.
Must possess full working rights.
Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
