Whilst Paspaleys core business is in pearling, including pearl production, wholesale, and retail, it also has extensive involvement and interests in engineering, aviation, agriculture, hospitality and resort accommodation businesses and commercial property.

A unique opportunity exists for a Front Office Manager at the Kimberley Sands Resort, which is nestled amongst the beachside dunes just minutes from the turquoise waters and white sands of famous Cable Beach. The resort in one of WAs most iconic tourist towns is surrounded by the tranquility of tropical gardens and captures the essence of Broome with its stunning design and luxury facilities.

Role And Responsibilities

As a Front Office Manager, you will be the face and first point of contact for the Kimberley Sands Resort. In this busy and varied role, you will be utilising your amazing customer service skills to provide our members with the best experience whilst at the reception desk. You will be motivated and hardworking with the “can-do attitude” which will see you thrive in the role.

Day to day your key responsibilities will include the check in and out of members, processing payments, maintaining records, answering incoming enquiries, upselling products & services, assisting members with requests and information and work closely with other departments.   

What We Are Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • A desire to deliver 5 star customer service
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Managing the reservation process, internally and third-party booking platforms
  • Ensure effective communication between other departments to enhance overall guest experience
  • Team player and works well under pressure
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster

Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with full rights to work and reside in Australia.
