About the Role

As the First Point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience for everyone who interacts with our business. Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming clients and visitors with a friendly and professional approach

Managing incoming phone calls and directing enquiries appropriately

Scheduling and coordinating appointments

Preparing invoices and performing data entry tasks

Maintaining office systems, filing, and supplies

Providing general administrative support to the team

Assisting with a range of office duties to help keep our operations running smoothly.

About You

We are looking for someone who is positive, reliable, and eager to contribute to a close-knit team. The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in reception, administration, or a similar office-based role

Experience using Xero software

Confidence using phone systems, general office software, and office equipment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment

A current driver's licence

A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently once trained
