We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our Finance team, partnering closely with Project Managers and General Managers across multiple divisions. This is a diverse and influential role, providing both leadership and technical expertise to ensure the financial strength of our business.

Key responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Finance team to deliver accurate and timely financial management and reporting.
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring outputs meet required standards.
Present financial performance and insights to senior leaders and project stakeholders.
Build strong business relationships across multiple departments, acting as the “face of Finance.”
Provide guidance on financial forecasting, budgeting, and compliance.
Drive system improvements and enhancements in SAP, ensuring best practice.
Contribute to project review meetings and support operational decision-making.
About you
Proven experience in a finance leadership role within the mining or civil industries.
Strong understanding of management accounting and month-end processes.
ERP expertise - ideally SAP, or similar large ERP systems
Confident communicator with the ability to present financial information to diverse stakeholders.
Curious, proactive, and skilled in building trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
