YOUR ROLEWe are seeking a motivated and customer focused Customer Service Representative to join our Jandakot team. This is a hands on role where you’ll be responsible for delivering high quality service across multiple customer touchpoints. You’ll work closely with both operations and sales, supporting order processing, enquiries, and ongoing customer relationships in a fast paced environment.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved wherever required. While previous customer service experience is beneficial, attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to learn are what matter most.
