About the role: As Restaurant Supervisor, you will report directly to the Venue Manager and play a key role in shaping our operations and guest experiences. You will work across our full-service restaurant and takeaway kiosk, and support the growth of our business as we move towards regular dinner services in addition to our pop-up events.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support the front-of-house team, including training and mentoring junior staff
• Assist with stock ordering and beverage menu development
• Be a key decision-maker in day-to-day operations
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure smooth service across all outlets
• Maintain our commitment to sustainability practices in hospitality

About you:

• Strong experience in front-of-house restaurant operations
• Minimum 1-2 years of front-of-house restaurant experience required
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for hospitality
• Experience training and leading teams
• Experience managing 6-15 staff members required
• Flexible availability, including evenings for special events and dinners
• Passionate about sustainable food practices and understanding where your ingredients come from
• A collaborative, proactive, and solution-focused mindset
• Able to commit to a long-term role with the business, with the goal to grow as we grow
• Food safety certification required at time of application

Hours: Currently Wednesday – Sunday, 7am – 3pm, with additional availability required for evening events and pop-up dinners
