Currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to join the team at HER Melbourne. You will be a committed Hospitality professional that has demonstrated leadership experience in a restaurant or bar environment.

• Be the face of HER BAR, welcoming, approachable and always anticipating our guests needs
• Oversee service and ambiance
• Build relationships with our kitchen team and senior management
• Drive the food, beverage and development training of the HER BAR team
• Be a hands-on leader as well as delegating to your team
• Meet and monitor department safety and compliance

• A passion for creating a fun and engaging environment for both our customers and team
• Hospitality is at your core – you’re approachable, welcoming, and positive and know how to keep the team moving and motivated
• 2 years of proven experience including: shift management, venue operations, POS
• Communication – build relationships with your team and management, problem solve and give respectful feedback
• You’re a foodie, excited by a wine or cocktail tasting, always keen to learn and share
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including late nights, weekends and public holidays (TIL awarded)
