About the Role:As an Equipment Set Up Person, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our programs run smoothly. You'll be responsible for setting up and packing away equipment in line with lesson plans and safety standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and contributing to a positive atmosphere for children, parents, and carers.

What You'll Do:

• Set up equipment according to weekly maps and program guidelines.
• Ensure all equipment is clean, secure, and in good working order.
• Maintain a safe setup by using appropriate mats, and straps, and ensuring no trip hazards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a fun, supportive environment.
• Communicate with the centre manager about equipment needs or issues.
