We're seeking a motivated individual who thrives on helping others for a full-time ongoing role based at our Coburg site.
You'll be supported by a team of coaches, mentors and counsellors. Together, we can make a positive change in the lives of others.
Kickstart your career with Workskil Australia. We'll provide comprehensive training and help you achieve a Certificate IV in Employment Services or Community Services within the first 12 months on the job.
Key ResponsibilitiesEmployment Coach is a dynamic and rewarding position. You will play a key role in assisting our customers to set and achieve their goals while meeting the contractual requirements of an employment service provider.Your day-to-day can include the following:

Remuneration
A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
