We are seeking experienced Early Childhood Teacher + Team Leaders (Dual role) to join our team at our Cranbourne Campus.

Key duties for the positions include?

• Leading and guiding a team of educators in implementing quality learning experiences for children, documenting and extending children's learning.

• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.

• Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.

• Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.

• Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment.

• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.

• Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.

• Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.

What you will need:

• Bachelor, Master's Degree and / or other higher tertiary qualifications comparable to the educational level of an Australian Advanced Diploma/Associate Degree (Australian Qualifications Framework Level 6) or higher, with at least 1 year of Early Childhood Teacher experience.

• For overseas ECE qualifications, successful assessment by the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) is required.

• Experience in Montessori ECE is highly advantageous. 

• Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). 

• Current Working with Children check, First Aid Certificate, emergency asthma management, and anaphylaxis training. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care.

• Available for 5 days with flexible working arrangements.
