As a Duty Manager, you'll report directly to the GM of Food & Beverage and be responsible for leading front-of-house operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Requirements:

• Approved Managers Card

• WA RSA Certificate

• Strong bar and front-of-house experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of bar and front-of-house experience in hospitality venues

• Proven staff management skills

• Ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced settings

• Experience with POS systems and online booking platforms

• Legal right to work in Australia

• Hands-on, self-driven, and a true team player

Availability:Flexibility is essential. Our venue operates:

• Tuesday to Friday: 11am - late

• Saturday & Sunday: 8am - late

Shifts will include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, based on structured rosters, functions, and events.
