About you:
You will have current experience in management and hiring of contractor owner drivers, including interview, induction, and training (ongoing), and completion of all required paperwork.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated a strong operations career within the Courier and Taxi Truck industry, including experience as a radio operator.
You will:
Have an eye for detail.
Provide and lead initiatives in service quality, safety, and performance across our contractor fleet.
Liaise closely with the operations teams to ensuring driver KPI levels are achieved.
Be highly motivated, be honest, have integrity and leadership qualities.
Ensure all new drivers meet their earning potential.
Complete all administrative duties for the QLD fleet.
Maintain available fleet target as set by Management.
Preparing of all daily KPI reports.
Play a pivotal role in delivering the required daily on-road fleet targets.
Display enthusiasm, have a hard-working can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and go the extra mile
Have excellent communication and organisational skills, including written and spoken English.
Have a high level of self-confidence and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced and challenging environment!
Monitor, coordinate, and assist the Radio Operations team.
